The program works for people whether they have a little or a great amount of weight to lose. The program focuses on helping people break any habits that have held them back in the past and take on habits that will not only help them lose weight but more importantly keep it off and get healthy. Many say that the program is so much more than just a weight loss program as it has helped them become stronger, healthier, happier and more confident.
WILL I BE CHANGING MY WHOLE DIET UNDER THIS PROGRAM?
Not necessarily. Changes will be made, of course. We will leave the good things you’re doing in place. You’ll be shown how to eliminate the bad habits that can sabotage your weight loss and how to incorporate good habits. We will show you how to exchange highly processed foods for nutritional foods that will speed up your metabolism and help your body burn fat.
HOW FAST WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?
It will be different for each individual. Any positive changes you make in your dietary habits will always produce positive results. Also, you’ll lose different amounts at different stages of the program.

WHAT IF I CAN’T CHANGE EVERYTHING AT ONCE?
That’s OK. You go at your own pace. Once one habit is established, we will then go to the next challenge. That is why it’s important to have one on one coaching to help you get through any concerns or difficulties.
THEY SAY THAT EATING IS PSYCHOLOGICAL.
There is hunger and there is appetite. The appetite is the part that is psychological eating. It could come from boredom or sitting down to watch a movie, etc. That’s not a bad thing, it’s natural. And when particular situations arise, we develop a plan to help you understand what to eat at those times. With this understanding, it can help you live a more productive life, putting you in control with NO guilt.
WILL I HAVE TO CUT OUT ALL MY FAVORITE DESSERTS AND SWEETS?
Not necessarily. Wanting sweets is a normal part of life. Restricting sweets or desserts completely, just makes us want to have it all the more. I will make suggestions on specific times to eat sweets so that it does not slow down your metabolism.
I’M GOING ON A CRUISE. WHAT CAN I EAT?
There are plenty of things that you would be able to eat. We can discuss the best times of the day to eat sweets and what you can do to avoid the pit falls of over eating. There is such a wonderful variety of foods that can be eaten on a cruise ship! You shouldn’t have to miss out on any of the cuisines. You will learn from what food groups that are best to eat from to help you stay on track and feel very satisfied.
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?
This is an 11 week comprehensive program. Once a week you’ll receive a set of instructions that we’ll briefly go over before I coach you on the previous week’s progress, concerns and challenges. This program is designed to help you change your thinking about yourself and food. You’ll receive an extensive list of Worst Foods and Alternatives, Restaurant Eating Menu, Habits that Sabotage your Weight Loss, The hormones that make us fat, Know your Enemy and a Grocery List. The program is 84 pages of education and instruction to make you aware of the imbalances in your eating and living habits and showing you how to create a new way of thinking about your connection with food. You’ll receive 11 hours of personal one on one coaching with me that will instruct, inspire, educate and help give you support and motivation.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE HELP AFTER THE 11 WEEKS?
Most people need a little more coaching. There are always questions and situations that may occur after the program is over. That’s why I set up an email follow-up. After your 11th weekly coaching session with me, I will send you a link for an Exit Interview. This will help us take a look at the progress of your weight loss. 3 weeks after emailing the Exit Interview back you will receive a follow-up from me and in another 3 weeks again. We can discuss any problems or discuss any questions via email or if I feel it necessary I will request a phone consultation. Any questions and concerns that you have can always be discussed with me even after this time. My goal is to see you succeed!
WHO IS THE NOFAD WEIGHT LOSS COACH?
I am a certified nutritional and wellness consultant with an emphasis on weight loss. I love to teach, and I have a great passion for helping people. My start in the nutritional field began in 1996. However, my quest for health started long before then. I worked for a large health food chain as a nutritional sales associate. I was required to train continuously in different areas of health, nutrition, detoxifying, etc., passing this knowledge on to my customers. I found that a good majority of my customers’ health issues came from obesity.
I avoided weight problems myself even after the birth of each of my 7 children by applying the same principles in my life that I use in my program. I found that one on one coaching was the most successful way to help people reach their weight loss goal.
